Our offices are within the historic precincts of Gloucester Cathedral and we were delighted when the Dean and Chapter asked us to review the way the Cathedral presented itself as a visitor attraction, a conference and events venue and as a place of worship.
Our subsequent report led to significant changes in the way the Cathedral reached out to welcomed these audiences and, more recently, we were invited to join the Cathedral’s Visitor Invitation, Experience and Welcome (VIEW), committee that is planning the launch of Project Pilgrim, a £6m programme of capital development, regeneration and community engagement.
